It started the way most great things do — four friends, a shared passion, and a dream bigger than any summit.
Chandu, Varun, Suresh, and Karthik met at SJCE during engineering, later crossing paths again in Bengaluru's IT corridors. Their weekends were spent not at malls but on trails — small Karnataka treks, dusty buses, temple detours, and conversations that lasted longer than the climbs.
In 2022, they turned that passion into purpose. Bengaluru Trekkers was born — not as a business first, but as a community. Word spread not through ads but through stories: of a solo traveller who found her confidence on Kumara Parvatha, of a family who watched their first Himalayan sunrise together.
As more journeys led to Kedarnath, Badrinath, and Char Dham, a new calling emerged — one rooted in devotion as much as adventure. Bengaluru Yatris was created to honour that calling: to craft spiritual journeys that are safe, well-organised, and human-centred.
Today, with thousands of travellers served and hundreds of successful yatras behind us, the mission remains unchanged — to create journeys that people remember not for the distance covered, but for the faith renewed and the bonds formed along the way.
